• Know:  Format/Cells lets you specify how a spreadsheet displays values:  integers, percentages, fractions, and/or with a specific number of decimals.

• Know:  The =SUM( ), =AVERAGE( ), =MAX(), and =MIN() functions add, average, and display the largest and smallest values in a range of cells, respectively.

• Do:  Use Format/Cells to display values in various formats.

• Do:  Add, average, and find the largest/smallest values in ranges using spreadsheet functions.

 

• Understand:  For the safety and privacy of your data, you need a unique, unguessable password for each website you visit.

• Know:  Managing passwords can be a challenge, but sites like hashapass.com make it easy to create and recover them using just one master password.

• Do:  Use hashapass.com to generate unique, recoverable passwords by site name and master password.

 

• Understand:  Google Images' Search Tools provide several neat ways to select images of various types and kinds.

• Know:  The Google Images Search Tools  button lets you locate images of specific Size, Type, Predominate Color, Usage Rights, or Date of Publication.

• Do:  Locate specific images using the Google Images Search Tools button.
